Committed to helping business leaders achieve greater success, enjoyment and personal development, Mike believes that  “life begins just outside your comfort zone”.

An Experienced Chairman and Chief Executive with an international track record, including being CEO of an LSE listed plc, Mike has also lead a plc division with 16 operations in 11 countries, held senior plc leadership positions in BT, Control Techniques, Eurotherm and Focus Dynamics and am a proven business-builder, with extensive experience of global trading issues across 54 countries, including corporate recovery returning 8 businesses from losses to profit.

As an energetic leader, his leadership qualities were formally recognised during commissioned service in the RAF, when I was awarded the coveted Sword of Honour. 

Mike has also been a successful Owner/Manager, acquiring a complex technology group in 2002 in an MBI project, which involved heavy operational and financial re-structuring and achieved significant value creation upon exit. 

In the past 10 years he has helped create a stream of SME business success stories in different sectors through consulting, mentoring, coaching and supporting and challenging business leaders and senior executive teams and I currently hold 3 NED positions.

Will helps organisations change and build their capability to change. He works with business owners, leaders and teams to support efficient, effective, purposeful conversations that lead to the action required, to reach the outcomes they need.

Will is an expert facilitator who gets results by guiding his clients to explore new options and utilise a wider range of sources for information and inspiration.

His work has particular focus on the management of the processes which drive innovation from the front end of problem definition, statement and question setting, through the creative phases, to solutions selection, prioritisation and change management during implementation.

Clear strategic goals and alignment to them on the part of decision-makers is a key part of how Will ensures the success of any change or innovation programme. He facilitates clients to successfully define their vision for the future of the business and use that to build engagement to a deliverable plan. The result is trackable actions which deliver their organisational goals.

Julie’s career began in Commercial Design, Advertising and PR, progressing into FMCG bespoke Paper Product Design & Development for high street retailers and major UK charities.

More recently she has been involved in business consultancy services, marketing and coaching. Supporting business leaders in strengthening their brands, identifying new markets, bringing attention to their most profitable product or customer base, motivating and engaging their teams at all levels in order for them to achieve tangible results.

She is a skilful, multi-faceted communicator. Her work facilitating focussed ‘Wargaming’ scenarios guides business leaders through a decision making process in a safe, confidential environment in order to support effective transformational change.

Julie is an active member of a private advisory group for CEO’s, MD’s and business leaders, which serves as a great supporting platform in her role as a recruitment consultant specialising in Senior Interim and Executive Appointments.

In her spare time she is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, enjoys keeping fit, life in the countryside and activities with her young Daughter.

Dietrich Graf Reischach who founded Interconsult in 1978 has been in electronics since 1968 when he was Personnel Manager at Texas Instruments and then another 5 years as Personnel Director Europe at Motorola. Currently Graf Reischach is primarily active in the Merger and Acquisition area. Today Interconsult GmbH has a network of 3 branches in Germany with more than 40 employed and retained active consultants .
